Sheer delight! Jesinta Franklin cuts an elegant figure in floral embroidered frock as she debuts lighter locks at Dior bash

She's the former beauty pageant princess who shot to fame after winning Miss Universe Australia in 2010.

But Jesinta Franklin has come a long way since her days in ball gowns and bikinis, with the WAG-turned-author wowing in an elegant floral dress at the National Gallery of Victoria on Saturday.

The 26-year-old Cadbury spokeswoman had jaws dropping in the semi-sheer number at the Dior Gala Ball held in conjunction with The House of Dior exhibition.

She looked blonder than usual after dyeing her chocolate locks for David Jones earlier this month.

The WAG wowed in a short black frock with a bright floral design that sad high on the beauty's thigh over a sheer panel.
The high fashion dress featured whimsical sheer cape sleeves, and a matching sheer over-skirt, with embroidered flowers throughout. 

She wore her freshly lightened hair in a 1920s style curled bob, and accesorised with a Dior handbag with the word J'adore written across the strap in bold gold letters.
The slender stunner recently revealed the rules she abides by to keep her flawless figure, which includes not eating out at restaurants during the week.
Speaking with News Corp, Jesinta, 26, also revealed some of her go-to healthy meals, saying she eats eggs everyday and snacks on peanut butter protein balls, green smoothies, and eats egg-white omelettes.

She also revealed she doesn't drink soft drink.
The model said she and husband Buddy Franklin cook at home together during the weeknights so they know exactly what they're eating.
'We're not running the risk of going to a restaurant and eating things that aren't going to fuel our bodies and make us feel really good and make us perform at our highest level,' Jesinta said.
