Noelle worked her way as a consistent scholar while doing several jobs to sustain and support her stay in the United States to finish her course of Bachelor of Science in Anthropology, minor in Geography with a focus on biological anthropology and emphasis on Forensic Anthropology at the Texas State University (TSU) in San Marcos, Texas, US. A highly dedicated anthropologist with specialization and hands on experience in cultural anthropology, fieldwork in archaeology, bio-archaeology and forensic/biological anthropology.
She volunteered at TSU Osteological Research and Processing Laboratory, working on Operation Immigrant Identification cases, dedicated to reuniting families with lost loved ones. Noelle may be a pageant neophyte to some and Miss World Philippines 2017 is her very first pageant competition ever, but she takes this not just a challenge but an exciting opportunity for her to further expand her horizon and at the same time, lend her talent, knowledge, skills and commitment to the real cause of the pageant which is "Beauty with a Purpose".
