Ha Thu unveils Miss Earth 2017 warrior dress

The Vietnamese representative, Ha Thu, will perform in a warrior costume, a design inspired by the image of Vietnamese national heroes, Hai Ba Trung (the Trung Sisters), at Miss Earth 2017’s traditional costume contest.

Ha Thu wins gold and two bronze medals for side-contests at the beauty pageant.

The beauty website, Missosology, predicted that Ha Thu would finish as a first runner-up at Miss Earth 2017.

Ha Thu chose the warrior dress because it features strong female characters and is in line with the theme of the beauty pageant,“Heroines Fighting Climate Change."
