Cultural pageants are not the typical pageant where there are height, weight and size requirements. With Miss Nations of the World, contestants can be tall, short, heavy, slim, beautiful or not, as long as you have a culture to showcase. Single women between the ages of 18 thru 30 with at least 25 percent link ancestries to the country they are representing can compete.
The contestants are required to have a humanitarian platform and a willingness to showcase their culture.
