PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (sentinel.ht) – Since the return of the Miss Haiti Universe contest in 2010 which brought to prominence Sarodj Bertin, a faction of Haitians still resented having contestants, who if only by complexion, didn’t represent the majority of the Haitian population.
No one, even the haters, couldn’t disassociate themselves from the pride Raquel Pelissier brought with her near crowning at the Miss Universe 2017 pageant in January of this year.
