A special guest was in attendance during Tuesday's Emporia Noon Rotary meeting.
Miss Kansas 2017 Krystian Fish was the guest of KVOE President Steve Sauder and also stopped by the KVOE studios to talk about the pageant and her platform. Fish says she wasn't always a pageant girl, but says she became inspired when she saw the good the crown could do to help her with her own platform.
