Miss Korea Jenny Kim crowned Miss Supranational 2017

It was a great day for Miss Korea Jenny Kim, as she bagged the title of Miss Supranational 2017 at the gala event, which was held on December 1 in Poland's Spa Resort of Krynica- Zdroj. The 24-year-old model impressed judges with her intelligence and her beauty. Romania's Bianca Tirsin was announced as the second runner-up. Ethiopia's Bitaniya Yosef and Puerto Rico's Larissa Santiago were announced as the third runner-up and the fourth runner-up respectively in the coveted beauty pageant.

Dressed in a beautiful silver and ivory gown, Kim left behind 64 contestants from different countries to bag the title. She was crowned Miss Supranational 2017 by last year's winner Srinidhi Shetty. India's official entry to the competition, Peden Ongmu Namgyal, reached top 25, but failed to make it to the top 10. On the other hand, Miss Columbia Tica Martinez was adjudged First Runner's Up at the event.
Kim currently studies at Ewha Womans University and is doing a double major in international office administration and English language and literature. She has also volunteered as an interpreter at the National Museum of Indonesia in Jakarta in the past.
