Miss Zimbabwe beauty pageant on Saturday

VINCENT Dhokwani, also known as Beverly, will host the Miss Zimbabwe beauty pageant on December 2 at the Polo Club on the corner Greyling and West streets.

There will be entertainment from locals as well Zimbabwean deejays, including DJ Snagar and Ras Al Haj and South African deejays Micas and Summer.

The pageant gets under way with a red carpet affair at 6pm.

Entry for guests is R100 per person.

Entry for the pageant participants - the models - is free.

Models that want to stand a chance of being crowned Miss Zimbabwe can still enter.

Entries close tomorrow.

Dhokwani said: “We are looking for the three Bs - beauty, body and brains - and if you believe you have the confidence to be a model you can enter.”
