Nguyen Thi Loan to compete at Miss Universe 2017

The second runner up of the Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2013, Nguyen Thi Loan has just left for the 2017 Miss Universe Pageant which will take place in in Las Vegas, United States later this month.

The 27-year-old girl from the northern province of Thai Binh was listed among top five at Miss Vietnam 2010 pageant after becoming Miss Sea title holder. She was also named in top 25 Miss World 2014 contestants.

Loan said that she brought over 200 kilos of luggage to prepare for the pageant. The traditional dress by designer Nguyen Huu Binh which she will wear at the National Costume competition will be sent later.

Miss Universe 2017 will be the 66th Miss Universe pageant with the participation of nearly 90 delegates throughout the world. The pageant will be held at the Planet Hollywood Las Vegas on November 26.
