Before her Miss World Outing, she is all ready to start 15-day fitness challenge along with celebrity nutritionist Nmami Agarwal.


Including major lifestyle changes, the challenge decrees things like getting sleep of eight hours at night, performing jumping jacks for better glow and fitness, switching off mobile phone 2 hours before going to bed and drinking 3 liters of water, working out for at least four or five times in a week. She will follow a balanced diet that includes a lot of fresh fruits, vegetables, and nutritious homemade food and will have an early and light dinner.
