Alabama Outstanding Teen Jessica Baeder brought home the national title Saturday night, winning the America's Outstanding Teen title.
The 17-year-old Auburn High School senior competed against 51 other young women at the Orlando event, a sister program of the Miss America organization. She was crowned Miss Alabama's Outstanding Teen in March where she participated as Miss Smith Station.
Nicole Jia, the previous year's winner, presented the crown to Baeder before she made her first walk with her new title.
First runner-up in the event was Miss Georgia Outstanding Teen Annie Swan ; second runner-up was Miss Maryland Outstanding Teen Chloe Wildman; third runner-up was Miss Texas Outstanding Teen Stephanie Wendt.
Baeder also received the Teens in Action award for Outstanding Community Service. Her America's Outstanding Teen title brought her $30,000 in prizes and scholarships.
