TRINIDAD and Tobago's delegate to the Miss Universe pageant, Yvonne Clarke, is now in Las Vegas, where the competition is being held.

Clarke left Trinidad for Las Vegas on Friday night, on United Airways.

After controversy surrounding her crowning, disqualification and subsequent reinstatement, Clarke said last week she was 98 per cent ready for the competition and had put all that had transpired behind her.
